The said activity was initiated and hosted by the Bureau of Fire Protection headed by Insp Anthony L Nimer and started by attending the Holy Mass at Holy Trinity Parish, followed by simultaneous blowing of horns and motorcade. The motorcade was participated by LGU Alangalang headed by Mayor Lovely Yu-Castro, Sangguniang Bayan Members, MLGOO, MDRRMO, ATLE, ACCESS 5 and Alangalang PNP.
