An Ordinance mandating the registration, disclosure, reporting and compliance with local health protocols and procedures by all individuals arriving in Alangalang, Leyte, whose travel origin or place of transit is from areas with reported incident of covid-19 infection, primarily for the mitigation of the spread of the covid-19 virus, contact tracing, surveillance and response and providing penalties for non- compliance thereof.
